	President - Ryan E. Bond Mr. Bond has been in the financial advisory service industry for over 10 years. Among his many highlights, Mr. Bond founded Aurora Capital Planners Inc., an investment management firm that specializes in alternative investment strategies as well as providing diverse product portfolios for high net-worth individuals. Mr. Bond has also had experience raising capital for various land syndication and real-estate ventures. Mr. Bond is licensed through the Alberta Insurance Council as well as successfully completing the Canadian Investment Funds Course and Mortgage Associates Program. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.
	Chairman of the Board and CFO - C.Vaughan Minor, FCA Mr. Minor served nine years as an elected member of City Council in London, Ontario, including three years on the city's Board of Control. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and the Finance and Audit Committee for the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. While serving on the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, Mr. Minor also held Vice-President, Finance and Administration positions with International Technology Capital Funding Corp. and the Obsidian Group Inc. Mr. Minor has also been a partner of several accounting firms including Davis, Martindale & Co. and Hyde Houghton after articling with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Minor's background includes work as an advisor to one of London, Ontario's largest development firms which built over 5000 units within the city. He received his B.Comm (Hons) degree from the University of Windsor, successfully completed his Canadian Securities Course with the Canadian Securities Institute and was elected an FCA (Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario) in 1991.
	Corporate Controller - Roisin Sproule Born in Oakville, Ontario, spent her early years in Ireland, returned to Canada were she was educated in Brampton. Ms. Sproule joined her father in running a successful and growing family business, spending 12 years at Arrowhead Paving Inc. She lead the office management effort for the team providing leadership and organization in a fast paced environment. Ms. Sproule completed Sheridan College Bookkeeping and Accounting program and has 15 years experience in Accounting and Business Management in the Construction and Medical Accounting fields. She is currently enrolled in the CGA Program of Professional Studies.
